Artwork Narrative | This semi-abstract piece was originally created with alcohol inks and mixed-media on yupo paper. The unique contemporary design features a dark dramatic palette with shimmering mixed metallic details.
Although largely intuitive, there’s no denying that “Tempest“ is inspired by the ocean. The dark palette is used with feeling, and looks almost eternal, whilst the metallics are bright and explosive, with all the dramatics of an approaching storm about to break.
